FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is it free to attend services? Are reservations required?
- There is no cost to attend any Easter at New Community services, but you can help us plan a great in-person experience for everyone by reserving your free seats.
- Should we reach full capacity, be prepared to present your reservations on your mobile device. If you do not have a reservation for your preferred service time, you will be welcomed into the service 10 minutes before each service begins, when all remaining seats become general admission.
What time should I arrive for my preferred service?
- Doors to the auditorium will open 20 minutes prior to the service. Those with seating reservations will be seated first. We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to find your seat before the service begins.
- Seating will be open to those without reservations 10 minutes prior to the service. After this time, reservations will no longer provide guaranteed seats.
Where do I park?
- Our directional signs and Parking Team will be ready to help you find available Parking at the Theater.
Will the experience be online?
- Yes.
- Easter at New Community will be a powerful time together. Pick a service time and join us online! Fix your coffee, prepare your heart to receive from God, and even put on your Easter best.
- Once you and your family are ready, snap a photo or video to share with us on social media and include #EasterwithNewCo!

DIRECTIONS
We meet at the Regal Theater located in Virginia Center Commons just off Brook Road. It’s easy to find, with plenty of parking nearby, and a welcoming space to join us for worship, teaching, and community.
